  5. This module plays tic tac toe against itself
  6. for your viewing pleasure. If you set all the
  7. delays to zero, it looks quite remniscient of
  8. the Tic Tac Toe playing computer in the movie
  9. War Games.

  12. out a circle instead of just drawing the whole
  13. thing at once.
